Tax
Because our store is located in the Commonwealth, we are required to collect sales tax of 5% for all orders shipped to Virginia.
Shipping
We ship orders within the continental US via UPS Ground for a flat fee of $8. During the check out process, you will have an opportunity to choose an expedited shipping method at an additional cost.
We make every effort to ship items within 48 hours of receiving an order. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most orders should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, we have a very limited quantity of sizes and styles and therefore cannot accept exchanges.
Return Policy
Most items purchased online may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment for store credit only. However, clearance items which are marked “Final Sale” on the web site and on your order confirmation may not be returned.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items that do not meet this criteria.
Gift Wrap
We offer free gift wrap service for most items, which includes a TREAT gift box and tissue, tied with chocolate brown double-faced satin ribbon, as well as a personalized message from you if you wish. To elect this option, please click the gift wrap option during checkout.
